A lot people these days suffer with chronic constipation. One of the many reason for this is due to the sedentary lifestyle. Think about it. You have a big meal which is broken down using your digestive system. It then passes through your body and sits in your gut - moving from your small intestine to your large intestine waiting to pass out of your body. This all works fine, unless it sits in your gut compressed between your upper body and your hips.
Like most systems in the body, movement and fluidity aids function. The diaphragm muscle plays a very important part in maintaining the mobility of the gut. When we breath deeply the diaphragm contracts and descends. When we we breath out the the diaphragm relaxes. The contraction and relaxation of the diaphragm acts as a piston pushing down upon the structures below. It's a bit like the diaphragm massaging the gut. The constant contract, relax, contract, relax pushes the food along until it leaves the body. Unfortunately, when the diaphragm is tight is isn't able to perform this function efficiently.
The unique design of the Flexibac180 affords the user the ability to stretch out the diaphragm in the most efficient way possible. The diaphragm has an unusual design. It attaches to many parts of the body - at the front to the rib cage and chest bone, and at the back to the lumbar spine.
The Flexibac180 stretches all of the structures of the diaphragm - lumbar spine, ribs and chest allowing the user to stretch the diaphragm.
A stretchy flexible diaphragm is a healthy diaphragm ready to massage your gut all day and get those bowels working!!
